I would greatly appreciate if anyone could share guidance or opinion from your experience or point of view on whether you have encountered the scenario below
in B2B, and we have the opportunity to quote the agreement/contract flow forward and back. For example
- The quote items to agreement items (including all the products and offers/pricing) when the customer agrees on the quotation and would like to sign the contract. My question is, do we have a list of quote items in the quote? This information needs to be mapped to agreement items. Do you do mapping in your integration layer for the item level?
- After the agreement is signed, we will need to update the opportunity back as not proceed, or if we proceed, we will need to update the opportunity information and commercial value. We are doing 651 NOTIFY and need to map to 699 PATCH on the agreement items to opportunity (product/offer) items.
