  • 1.  Lack of Longitude / Latitude in TMF 673

    Hi,
I see that TMF 675 Geographic Location has been removed from the API list. What is the intention regarding the geocoordinates? In which API / resource should these be placed?

    HI Thomas,

As far as know there is a new TMF675 in preparation. This new interface is structured on an embedding a GeoJSON object in an TMF OpenAPI.
The new version should support geopoints as before but also geolinestrings and geopolygons, It should even support multipoint, multilinestring and multipolygon objects
This new specification was given for member evaluation in 2021 but then didn't get published. i do not know why it is still not published.

    Regards

    Hi,

The TMF 673 has field for bounding box array - GeographicAddress.geographicLocation.bbox.

    Hope that helps!

    Regards.

    Hi,
but this is not visible in TMF 673 Specification Sheet Version 4.0.0?
What i'm see is the Reference "geographicLocationRefOrValue" to a non specified geographicLocation.

TMF675 in its previous form is still available for use on the historical table https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/display/API/Open+API+Table+-+Historic

And since GeoAddress in TMF673 includes a reference to GeoLocation you have the x, y coordinates there.

    Hope it helps
