  • 1.  Logging off user session from portal and app in case of stolen sim

    Dear Team,

     In case of stolen / lost sim , we have a requirement to log off customer from any active sessions on CSP portal and app.

     I am looking for suggestions on which Open API fits best to expose to consumer application.

    Possibly Digital Identity API TMF720?

    I think it would be helpful to draw a sequence diagram showing the interactions between the systems involved in this forced logout. This can help identify more accurately which APIs and which operations are involved.

    Thanks Jonathan. The involved systems are CRM and Mobile application. The CRM agent triggers the request to deactivate sessions on Mobile app.
