    Greetings,

    I´m implementing the end to end process business proposal to launch, but i don´t understand these four process that are presented in the flowchart:

    • Develop detailed product commercial specifications
    • Develop detailed product performance specifications (I know this process is more related to determined KPI and KQI related to the product what we need to develop)
    • Develop detailed product operational specifications
    • Develop detailed product technical specifications
    The information in GB921DX_L4_Process_Decompositions are too general so need examples for these process to land the idea.
