    Hello,

    We are one of telco operators. We offer several prepaid and postpaid mobile plans. Customer can change current mobile plan (prepaid or postpaid) as follows:

    prepaid -> postpaid

    postpaid -> postpaid

    postpaid -> prepaid

    prepaid -> prepaid.

    When customer chooses change package action and target plan, we give a configuration based on what he/she chooses and the action.

    Also, customers who have prepaid plans can get unit loan if they have 0 balance. When customer recharge prepaid balance, we subtract units customer loaned and interest.

    When customer changes current prepaid plan to postpaid one, if he/she has unit loan, we transform it to additional fee to monthly fee one time. I think the transformation is an offer because customer chooses unit loan to additional fee. Even though we have only one choice, it can be enriched. I.e customer can transform the unit to extra data package. For postpaid to postpaid case, we don't need to offer the transformation because postpaid package has no prepaid balance.

    When we give configuration, it must be calculated with source plan and destination one. However, it is so costly action because every single choice customer does must be calculated for target plans configuration and the transformation.

    My question is that how can I reduce the costly action? Any alternative solution?

    I'm guessing you have an acceleration clause in the loan agreement and that you want "immediate" repayment of the entire outstanding loan balance if customer change their mobile subscription.

    Can you provide an example with number, product name, and also clarify what is a "monthly fee one time" and "unit loan".
