    Hello everyone, 
    As par of one project we are using TMF683 to handle Customer interactions with CSP. Since there can be multiple items for one interaction my question is what would be the best practice to trigger new Customer order or Billing dispute for certian ineraction type? Additionally, in which of the resources would be best to track communication means (e.g. call recording, email, SMS)?
