Hi Remya,
If you are looking for non-usage based charges, then is it not straightforward to determine the product based charges for the given account for whatever the period you are looking for as it would be a constant charge unless the account subscription changes with a new quote using a new offer or promotion or product.
Are you looking for an OpenAPI out of the box to get the aggregated (non-usage) changes for the given time period, given account and associated with the given product?

Subject: Product Pricing
Hello all,
I would like to know about how the concept of product pricing i.e non-usage charges (example below) and the retrieval of charges associated to product pricing works with respect to TMForum concepts.
For example,
Lets say there is a product - which is a bundle involving 500 mins of entitlements and say, 10 GB data with a price of $5 monthly.
If this is sold with a service, the account associated with this service is charged $5 monthly. If I wanted to retrieve what this service or this account has been charged over a period of time, what concepts can be used for this retrieval from TMForum? Can someone please provide the links in the reply, thanks.
Regards,
Remya
