We are a telecommunications company offering a range of services, including mobile lines, handset leasing with various offers, OTT services, and home broadband. Currently, we are in the process of implementing the Supply Chain component within our operations.

We have encountered a challenge and would greatly appreciate your insights. Specifically, we need to determine the appropriate API specifications to use when our internal staff transfers equipment, such as handsets or WiFi routers, between each other.

Our initial thoughts are that this might involve the Shipping Order Management (TMF700) and Resource Order Management (TMF652) APIs. However, we are unsure if these are the best fit for our needs or if there are other APIs or components within the TMForum framework that we should consider.

Our key questions are:

1. Which API specifications should we use for managing the internal transfer of tangible products like handsets and WiFi routers?
2. Are there specific best practices or guidelines within the TMForum standards that we should follow for this use case?
3. Has anyone in the community implemented a similar solution, and if so, what were your experiences and recommendations?
