Besides TMF 913, is there any documents which detail out what are the use cases for any APIs related with testing (e.g TMF710)? So far, I didn't found TMF 913 documents in TMF page. Basically I would like to know, in what cases we are using these APIs below :-

TMF710 GENERAL TEST ARTIFACT MANAGEMENT
TMF704 TEST CASE MANAGEMENT
TMF706 TEST DATA MANAGEMENT
TMF705 TEST ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT
TMF708 TEST EXECUTION MANAGEMENT
TMF707 TEST RESULT MANAGEMENT
TMF709 TEST SCENARIO MANAGEMENT
