Hello there,
To adress the diversity of many trouble tickets types, the use the troubleTicketSpecification, as some sort of catalog, promise to be of a great help.
This evolution has been proposed with the TMF621 v4.0.1 (early adopted).
Unfortunately, this v4.0.1 seems to be missing now.
Would it be possible to fix this ?
