TMF908 - IoT Device Management API - IoT Clarification

    I looked into TMF908 IoT Device Management API, and it seems it is meant to use for fixed IoT (e.g. sensor), as the device is associated to Geographical Location or Address or MAC.  Is it also meant to use for moving IoT such as drone?
