Bear Systems

Bio

I have been in IT since the early 1990’s first as a neuropsychology researcher and then as an enterprise architect. I architected and ran the development of the U.S. Visa and Passport systems, built out the Health and Human Services Command Center and have built international web-based infrastructures for a number of clients. Over the past 15 years I have been an executive consultant, technical patent broker working on thousands of patents and one of the top online marketers in the country. I have had 4 prior startups and published patents from those efforts.

In 2010 I realized that security was in the wrong place and that protection needs to be out of sight and out of mind. I invented what is now a multiple-patented technology (2 published this year and 4 pending) that forms the basis of Bear. I have been through almost every conceivable challenge, and $800K of my own money, to get this original idea to this point. I am very much a person that looks for my own shortcomings and finds high end people to fill in those gaps. It is this introspective team-oriented, always-learning, approach that I feel has Bear poised for immense success, I am determined to succeed, understand the security space at a very deep level and will find the best path forward to make Bear the success I envisioned so many years ago.
