From scientist in a particle physics center (DESY, Germany) to Senior Principal Product Manager (for various Analytics products), via the Solution Manager Business Intelligence (Portal), I am specialized in enterprise data warehouse and data analysis for Telecommunications (Simulation, product lifecycle analysis, full customer experience with advanced analytics, including big data), together with strong experience in billing systems.
My goals are to manage and rule over the complex flow of information in an enterprise (a priori Telecommunications) to make available the right information to the right user (whether person or machine) at the right time for enhanced decision making. The final goal is of course to allow the company being more profitable by improving customer experience, business user quality of work (and life at work), and a clear communications between IT and business, allowing them to talk the same language.
The complex flow shall include structured and unstructured data streams from multiple sources - to allow the business user make his daily work easier to manage, while giving him/her also the capability to plunge in the depth of the data with advanced analytics either pre-built or via ad-hoc analysis.
