I am a Business Developer & Manager with more than 20 years in the Consulting, IT & BSS/OSS areas for Telco operators. In this time I have gathered sound experience in pre-sales with focus in Customer Experience, Big Data Analytics, and BSS & OSS in general. I have lead as well complex transformation initiatives, involving several different functional and technical domains, and managed multi-cultural teams of up to 40 people.
My objective is to create and materialize growth opportunities by integrating the customer-centric, business, organizational, and functional aspects of company transformations. I have had the opportunity to be a people developer, when I trust I have created long-term professional relationships based on trust, commitment, and motivation.
