I think there is a misunderstanding of the concept of Party Interaction. This is used to log interactions with a Party in the e.g. sent an invite to an event, received a PoA form, notified of an Outage for a service, sent Invoice reminder, sent out invite to a questionaire etc. the list is almost endless. Each of these interaction usually contains the message or a link to the document sent/received.
So the invitation to a questionaire e.g. an SMS after Order is received to get the Customers experience woul be an Party Interaction. THe actual Q/A flow of the questionaire is not. However the result may be if it non anonomous i.e. we have a a Paty identifier and optionally a link to the result.

Hello Sylvain, Jonathan
Yes an example could be helpful.
ProcessFlow APi could be used if you consider this questions/answers as a succession of user task as it is defined in a bpmn representation. If this is more something like a chat bot I'm not sure it is use-able.

I'm not sure that I understand what you are trying to achieve. Can you give more details.
It is possible that the pattern could be implemented using the Process API - @Ludovic Robert?

Hi Sylvain
All the published Open APIs include a user guide, and in the operation section you will find sample payloads for each operation.
Hope it helps

Hello, would anyone have payload samples for this standard? We are bulding an app were we have to need to ask questions to the end user and the user to reply back. Thank you
