Hi Keven
Well it's all of them. Consider the process. The end customer requested temporary suspension (holiday, military service) presumably in the knowledge that recurring charge will be reduced as a result. So a Product Order is essential, you could discuss whether you have a single order that encapsulates one item with the suspend and another item with a future date for the resume, or perhaps two orders.
When the Product Order is submitted, you'll need to decide whether a service order is needed (TMF641), or is it sufficient to do a service activation (TMF640) - this will depend on how complex the activation process is in your OSS layer.
Hope it helps

Subject: Temporary Suspension Wireless Service
Hi all,
There is a request to temporary suspend a wireless subscription with a date range, in the BSS it actually add a service to the customer subscription for suspension. There were discussion on whether it should be TMF641-Service Order,TMF-640 Service Activitation or TMF622 Product Order. I would like to get an 2nd opinion from this community.
If one is correct, could you please provide the reason why is it not the other?
Thank you in advance.
