Hi, everyone on the forum. I´m new on it so the frist thing is to give greeting toall of you.
Now I have a question, I'm searching for APIs according to Etom to compose the "Lead to Order" process in Telcom industry.
I saw the list of Open APIs but all these APIs I could use or only some of these ones could help me.

Thank's you in advance for your answers and help

Currently, to the best of my knowledge, there is no direct correlation between the eTOM processes and the corresponding Open APIs that could be used to implement such processes.
At a very high level, you would use Customer Management (TMF 629) and Party Management (TMF 632) to establish your customers and Account Management (TMF 666) to set up the financial and billing information.
Search and discovery for new offerings would be done via Product Catalog Management (TMF 620) and Product Offering Qualification (TMF 679), and then progress from Shopping Cart (TMF 663) to setting up a Product Order (TMF 622).
    Hope it helps

    Hi Jonathan,

Hope you are doing well. Was there any progress that happened in this area. Am looking for a very high level process invoking various Open APIs in L2O. Are there any TMF Artifacts I might benefit from.

    Thank you

    Hi Srinivas
Nice to hear from you, hope all is well with you as well.
I think that the ODA publications could be very useful in this area. The ODA team is producing:
    • Component specifications, that include eTOM and SID areas covered by a component, together with Open APIs consumed/exposed by the component
    • End-to-end use case flows, that show how the components communicate using Open APIs
Try https://www.tmforum.org/ODA as a portal into the ODA published assets. It's a work in progress of course.

    Hope it helps

My understanding is that there is a proposal in ODA to address this type of issues by associating ODA with APIs and the Business process framework.
If you are a member of the ODA program the proposal is at
        1. ODA-274
    Dynamic representation of ODA

the intention is to take output form the BOS catalyst at Nice and other Member sources.

        1. ODA-222 Outstanding Contribution to TMF assets - Functional architecture of BOS catalyst
