Hi Samuel,
From my experience working at mediation projects I can tell there is no unified data format for CDRs. While there are standardized data containers for the CDRs (ASCII, XML, ASN1, or others), the data fields within each of these containers is defined by each vendor. There are popular formats such as ASN1 for mobile network services, which have minimal variations from vendor to vendor (but still need to check case by case). There are semi-known formats for other network elements (such as legacy PSTN, NGN, IMS, PABX, IN, etc), but to get the actual format you'll need to get the CDR specification from each vendor you're trying to integrate. These specifications are normally distributed as part of the network element documentation, often on a dedicate file with the data format.
Hope this helps to your project.

Subject: CDR structure
Hi all,
we would like to know if exists a standard for CDR (Call detail records) structure and where to find it. Has a fixed structure o depends on the vendor?
Thanks in advance.
