    Referral programs are an awesome way to acquire (and retain) customers, because people trust recommendations from friends and peers.

    I am looking for open api interface to start with. It is pretty clear that we can use TMF671 Promotion to get the benefits offered by referral program to both referrer and referee.

    But I am looking for entity/interface responsible for generating referral code.

    I don't see any use case reference for this. 

    Please refer best practices.

    I'm not aware of a relevant API for a referral program.

    TM Forum is a member-driven organization, and if you believe that there is sufficient demand to explore the use cases and API signatures for referrals, you are more than welcome to join the Open API project and make a contribution.
