As part of TMF 621 trouble ticket management, we have the trouble ticket relationship resource to hold the related case.Is this holds the details of dependent & parent child case alone or child cases as well.
Can you confirm the supported use case here
In addition to that , we have query on notes resource as well. Would like to understand that the text field of notes object holds only plain text or rich text as well ?
