    Hello 
     I am looking for an API which able to take care the Field Force (field engineers) management.  We are able to find Workforce 17.5.1 but does not have clear structure to work on Field Dispatch management. 

    Does any structure exist or swagger?
    Any API, if can work on this scenario?

    Hello Prasoon,

    There is  currently no tmforum standard API that manages resources linked to Field Intervention Management. An API Worforce Management is mentioned  in the Open API Map document but not planned in the short term.
    So, I think that you can design a specific API that fits your requirements but according to the SID model described in the GB922 Workforce (release 17.5).
