TMF683 PartyInteraction, the way we contact with a customer

    Good Morning All,

    I am looking into the TMF683  PartyInteraction model and I am trying to understand how to convey a message that an interaction happened via an email, sms, phone call, store - this could be a RelatedChannel structure, but how to record that a customer visited a particular store or we used a particular phone number or a customer email address to contact a customer ? Could somebody give me a hint here, please ?
