Hi Jonathan,
We have just started from privacy management, and I look for more general approach. In our current systems we always store information about business origin of an action. This information is used to solve some claims, address security and at the end commission calculation for sales people.
In any business action, it could be a new contract, consent collection, service modification, we need to store a business context in terms of salesman, date time, and sales point . I took a look into TMF OpenAPI and I don't see the standard way how to pass such information,
If there is no standard way, then what will be the best approach in terms of privacy management

Subject: TMF 644 - Audit information
Hi Pawel
Can we clarify your question. Perhaps you are referring to the ability to do generalized business auditing?
Or rather are you looking specifically for auditing the privacy management. Here also, you could be talking about auditing the granting and withdrawing of consents, or the auditing of access to personal data?

Hi All,
Is there a standard way to pass information about salesperson, salespoint, sales channel, generally the end user how did an action.
We are working on Privacy Management 644, and I don't see any simple answer how to pass this information.
