    Hello All,
    As per  TMF 648 - Quote Specification, ProductOfferingRef is related to QuoteItem. Whereas per Product  API spec, the ProductOfferingRef is attached to Product. May I know the reason for having ProductOfferingRef to QuoteItem rather Product?
