    Hi All,

    Currently we have TMF680 Recommendation API, which is being leveraged for integration between analytics platform and an application for implementing recommendation capability in the e-2-e solution.

     

    Also we have requirement to support Customer 360 and few of the insights will be requested from analytics platform – for example like segmentation, churn, loyalty, CLTV, etc

     

    Looks like there are currently no TMF Open APIs available to establish a standardized integration between analytics platform and an application for supporting Customer 360

     

    Are there any plan for having an TMF Open API to support integration between analytics platform and an application for example capabilities like segmentation, churn, loyalty, CLTV, etc

    Hi All

    Did anyone manage to find a TMF API for the Analytics data retrieval?  I have been looking at the 3GPP 29.520 Network Data Analytics Open API towards the NWDAF in the 5G core network and am wondering how we could map that into a TM Forum Open API, perhaps an extension to the TMF628 Performance Management API (although the API name seems innappropriate now).
