    I am seeking an example job description for filling the role of Business Process Management within a corporate division responsible for the planning, design, depolyment and support of Telco Carrier network solutions (including management and orchestration applications).   I have an outline in mind for the general accountabilities and would like to see the industry view on types of accountabilities and definition of qualifications.  



    Accountable to establish and guide Business Process Management for present and long-term operational success.  Business Process Management (BPM) is a discipline involving any combination of modeling, automation, execution, control, measurement and optimization of business activity flows, in support of organizational goals, spanning systems, employees, customers and partners within and beyond the corporate divisions.  This incumbent will be required to ensure there is alignment across evolving network solutions, management and orchestration applications, and use of software methods and tool, in conjunction with workflow and resource work actions.

     Determine the business drivers and operational impacts for Technology Division and our corporate partners to influence, recommend and implement appropriate operational and transformational process improvements.

     This position will provide consultative expertise to senior management in the form of advice, recommendations, studies, written reports, presentations and defining new business processes.  Through business transformational efforts, focus on demonstrating valued outcomes, enhancing the customer experience, growing revenue and realizing operational efficiencies.
