    How many of you are involved in business assurance (BA) and/or revenue assurance (RA)?  If so, I'm sure you'll often see RA enthusiasts defining what the scope of BA should be. In this article for TM Forum's Inform channel, I hone in on the differences between the two. 

    Do the two ever get mixed together on your organisation?

    Thanks for the webinar link. The revenue management scope is actually limited to BSS in most of the vendor/telco scenario, although functionally both revenue assurance and fraud management solutions can fit within it. However from TMF Frameworx perspective RA is part of the enterprise layer. Business assurance what I see is modulated enough to fit under BSS, CRM or good fit at enterprise level along with strategy audit etc.
