Hi Everyone.
We just finished the DMM evaluation here in ENTEL BOLIVIA so we are so exited to start our Roadmap to Transformation but we have a lot of questions to start it.
The most critical issue it is to decide what kind of structure we can use to lead the transformation in order to minimize the impacts to the cultural domain, so we have a lot of choices
The first one it is to define an Empowered, Full time dedicated, and multicisciplined Team to lead the transformation (We want to conformate the Change Management, Processes, Strategy, Data, and IT architecture and DEvelopment areas, all these areas leaded by an expert)
The second option it is to work whithout a specific area, and only colaborate with an expert from the different departments.
At the momment we have a Team conformated by people that participate in the DMM evalutation but we want to ask help from a Speacialsit Consultancy enterprise to manage the transformation but we need to start whit a organizational structure to give the first steps .
Please we need your know how to have a list of choices in order take the best decision.
