    Hello All,

    Any inputs on this regards is welcome.
    Is there any case studies or use cases out there available in Internet on Building of "Self Heal Networks".  In this case this is basically the legacy Non - SDN/NFV IP Networks [ which is basically the lower layer of this]. 

    Also interested to know if there are any case studies on building of Telecom Oriented "Self Help" Portals which customers can use. In the Lines of BT [ Like BT Wholesale , BT Open Reach , etc sort of Portals & Chat Services too?] which basically caters for "FAB" process of Customer Lifecycle.

    We have done work on Closed control loops and self heal networks in the ZOOM project . Use cases were in TR 229 and TR 229A  and also in IG 1128 IG 1177
    This work has continued into ODA Production  and a number of catalysts. we now have a new Autonomous Networks initiative just started and  hosted under the Open Digital Architecture project.  ZOOM specifically looked at the hybrid legacy new virtualized approached and developed an API TMF 664 for this specific purpose
    For Autonomous Network activities and rationale have a look at 
    the self heal network for legacy is a proposed catalyts for DTW Copenhagen 2020
