Business Process Framework and Functional Framework

    How "Business Process Framework" and "Functional Framework" related/linked? Should there be a mapping between the "Business Process Framework" processes and the functions in the "Functional Framework"?

    For example, in "Business Process Framework", processes under "Customer Domain"/"Customer Problem Management" are different compared to functions under "Customer Domain"/"Customer Problem Support."

    Hi Sanjay

    There's an indirect relationship between eTOM and the function list as part of the ODA component specification work. I'm not aware of a direct relationship, but perhaps @Avi Talmor can shed additional light on this.
