Is it possible that you have come to the wrong place? The TM Forum Open APIs aim to give a standard that covers the functionality inherent in the communications and digital service provider industry.
Software to support educational institutions is extremely important and welcome, but I'm afraid it's outside the scope of TM Forum activities.

Dears,
I have a requirement to design an API that can show exam results for a given student.
The business scenario is that the user would like to have a list of exam results for a given user so that it can decide if the student qualifies for a scholarship program.
Please provide your thoughts, if we have to come up with a new Open API or an existing can be reused.
Also, how the information should be modeled for this scenario.
