    Say a customer purchases manage service for one of their products for example a cloud product.

    What domain should the purchased manage service be mapped in?

    All product orders will go through the Customer domain through Customer Order, which then orchestrates to either Service or Resource  domains through a Service order or a Resource order.

    To have a complete understanding, I recommend reviewing document IG1228. Within it, you will find several use cases that detail the process of selling products to customers, and how these are broken down into service and resource orders.
