     Hello All,

    Looking for some clarifications on TMF 629 Customer Management API specs (v4):

    1. Characteristics sub-resource: Should an implementation expect predefined key/value pairs in the characteristics sub-resource, provided by the external system (sending the API), or can this be be free text?
    2. "Engaged party" and "related party" relationships between Customer and Related Party: Both of these terms sound similar in definition. There was a post by our beloved late John Reilley about the demise of engaged party  Do we need to model this engaged party relationship in 629 implementation? If the implementation still requires both of these relationships to be implemented for CTK, would like to know what is the key difference between these two sub-resources
