SID - ServicePerformance relation with ServiceLevelSpecification?

    as per SID, i don't see any relation between ServicePerformance BE and  ServiceLevelSpecification BE,

    same in TMF Open API.

    can someone help me to understand the relation between ServicePerformance and ServiceLevelSpecification
