Subscriber migration process / API

    Hi All,
    I am looking at the inputs and suggestions for the one the key requirement for seamless subscriber migration from multiple carriers Billing system to target system. Are there set of Open APIs that can be used for the same or a process. 
    Would also appreciate inputs on how to leverage from ODA (if relevant).
