    I am trying to validate specification using CTK. I have downloaded and installed CTK, changed config.json URL and payload according to my API but when newman report is generated
    I get the following error

    I am able to publish message to my API using same URL and payload using postman. Need your help if there are any other configuration changes needed to be done in CTK.
    Please find the attachment for report

    Thank you in advance

    Hi

    I'm not an expert in the details of CTK execution, but the repeated error looks as if the CTK can't find your local endpoint - connectivity problem.

    Good luck

    Hi, I have encountered exactly the same issue. What I found it to be was the version of Node that was used in conjunction with Newman v4.0.2. If I used a version of Nodejs higher than 19.9.0 you would have this issue. My recommendation would be to install nvm and install this version:

    Validating specifications using CTK can sometimes require a bit of configuration tweaking. You should check this example of a simple config.json:

    {
      "url": "https://your-api-endpoint.com/api/resource",
      "method": "POST",
      "headers": {
        "Content-Type": "application/json",
        "Authorization": "Bearer your_token"
      },
      "body": {
        "key1": "value1",
        "key2": "value2"
      }
    }
