we are working to migrate our loyalty program from inhouse modeling to follow TMF open API model but i get confused about some resources
- does loyalty program member represent the end-user who perform business action accordingly can earn more points and redeem?
- can we consider loyalty account is something like organization o business unit which group all members based on business criteria?
- when our loyalty program provides points plus voucher/coupons how to fit voucher/coupon model?
