  • 1.  TMF678 - can href in the response have Query parameter

    Posted Nov 03, 2022 06:51

    hi Team ,

TMF 630 specified for any response id and href is required, I would like to understand can we have a query parameter as part of ref in response

assume we have get API which requires a Query param to filter the result   e.g. GET appliedCustomerBillingRate/{id}?appliedBillingRate="adjustment".
In the List API can we construct href like mentioned above. This format complies with standard guideline.

    Thanks

    Hi Prashanth
I'm not sure why you would need a query param on the returned href. A TMF Open API href by definition points unambiguously to a single entity, and the ID of the entity is part of the URL. What additional information would you include in the query param? Take a look at the examples in the user guides.
