Hi Avishek As noted above in this thread the Business Capabilities list published as GB1007 has been withdrawn and is not used by TMF. (with work on a replacement list in progress) Therefore, while I am not sure what artifact you refer in your question, no mapping is currently valid. -- Avi...

Thanks for that input. However, in my book Business capabilities are definitely not about what a business does. It is about WHY a business want/need/have to do. What you need to do to achieve the why is how. HOW: Business Process (eTom is about Verbs), WHAT: Informations (SID, is about nouns)....
