My background comes from Tech Companies, mine or as an employee. Usually I Lead teams, sectors, companies, etc. I love this! You can serve the others.
I grown up at ICT market, since I was 16 and this term didn't exist. I saw one of the first Fiber Optic tests in Brasil (Telebrasilia), I set up one of the firsts X.25 networks, Voice Modems with BSC3 network for Caixa, Linux and Internet in 1995/96, first Localiza's Webpage about 1996 without background color or image (LoL), "Telecommunication bubble", the dominance of IP Networks against IPX and others, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS and a bunch of other letters put together to become speakable and a lot more. I studied management: once, twice, three times at Universities and I'm still learning each day.
Throughout this trajectory I learnt how to win and lose, how to fall and stand up again, I learnt how to transform mistakes into lessons and how to fail less. I made friends and solved a lot of problems, God, how I learnt to solve them! This is something I'm good too.
"Drove at darkness" is a pretty awful thing, but sometimes is necessary, and I did good when needed. Uncertainty is the rule and it's not a problem to me.
I won and lost money. I'll help you to win with a good strategy and a lot of hard work.
