Arnold Buddenberg graduated as physicists from Groningen University and worked first in the Lighting industry as managing director of the Dutch illuminating engineering society.
In 2000, Arnold switched industries and started working as Lead IT designer and Lead Enterprise Architect within Deutsche Telekom group for different affiliates across Europe, from London to Athens and later on for Orange group in Spain and Romania.
He retired from Orange Innovation as Enterprise Digital Business & IT transformation Architect on digital business transformation, maturing the combined ability of generating revenue, customer experience and reducing cost. And started to focus on the changing strategy in the customer relationship, from experience to expectation and to the role of the customer as stakeholder in the digital business.
He is currently working on Open Organization and Digital Experience management and writing a book about sense making knowledge across functional domains in organizations. These functional knowledge webs of the organizational silo, when overlap will lead to improving the maturity, and when these knowledge webs clash will lead to blocking the skill development, in IT architecture & processes that reinvent customer journeys to sense making journeys based on (AI-) decision data.
