I have 11+ years of Experience in Telecom Domain in NOC- Service Delivery for provisioning, planning, designing & migration & in SOC- Service Assurance for incident and problem management of national & international Voice & Enterprise Data Customers’ circuits and carrier links. Have expertise in planning, provisioning, migrations of VPLS, VPRN, IP/ MPLS based services- Layer 2 VPN, Layer-3 VPN services. Also have experience on Service Delivery of IP Services (ILL, GVPN, MPLS, VOIP) & Non-IP Services (NDE, NPL Intracity, NPLC, IPLC, DGE, Voice, TDM, IDC, Cross Connect/ MMR Products).
