Open APIs

Hello everyone,

If I want to implement the abandon cart feedback reason in my system for the all LOB. ie postpaid, broadband etc then Which system should have this capability to capture the abandon feedback and which TMForum API to use and what are the attributes available for the same.

The shopping cart API is TMF663, take a look at the published materials to find out the available properties in the model.

Which system? Presumably a digital commerce or order capture system. In ODA this would be Order Capture and Validation TMFC002
