Open APIs

There is an UC to diagnose a fixed line connection. This requires a test of the resource. In the resource layer of eTOM, I found Resource Test Management, but there is no apis available for it. The resource is bound to a service. Now, is it a good idea to use Service Test Management apis for this UC?

Facing same problem here. We already use Service Test (TMF653) to expose to CRM and Assurance Tool System a capability to perform service test. However, thinking in a decopled and modular architecture, if i do like to develop a new component responsible for perform Resource Test, which API (standard interface) should it be based?
