Open APIs

Hi All 

We are looking to add remarks to the account on the basis of a call by the customer or any action taken on the account. Can you suggest an API that can be used. 

What do you mean by "account". In TMF Open API vocabulary, Account is purely financial, and is an abstract base class for FinancialAccount and PartyAccount. The informal term account that sort of parallels customer is not used in TMF.

But in any case maybe you need Party Interaction, TMF683

The account I am referring to Customer profile/party to which we want to update the description of the latest interaction. Will look at the party interaction and get back to you if I have any questions.

I stress that it's really important to use terminology consistently, and not to use terms that are undefined in our formal model. Profile, for example, is not used or defined in the Open API model, and so it's not easy to understand what you mean by it. The entities that we have in this space are Customer, PartyRole, Party, Individual, Organization, and Account with its subclasses.
