    Hello Trusted Brains, 

    I would like to check on when should the product instance Id be available in TMF 622 request payloads and notifications.

    - For the new/add action scenario, should it be available in Product Order notifications when ProductOrder reaches InProgress state?

    I understand for request payloads, it should only be available in modify and delete action scenarios.

    Hello people, 

    Just checking on this item. 

    I believe most Customer Order Management applications create a draft product instance at the time of order entry when a ProductOrder is received. Once the order completes, this same instance is simply transitioned to an active state.

    If that is considered best practice, then shouldn't the product instance ID be made available from the point when the ProductOrder reaches the accepted state and then available in all following TMF622 notifications.
