Open APIs

Use Case: New Cell Site Build

We as an operator select multiple candidate site locations where we may want to build a new site. The final selection is based on expected coverage from the site location, costs, rental for the property, etc.

Are any API's available for such a use case ?

What exactly are your expectations for APIs in this area? I'm no expert in cellular communications, but it does seem to me that most of the work to be done when selecting a site for an antenna is manual (site survey, getting planning permission from local authorities, etc., negotiation with site owners, etc.).
