Hi Team,

TMF673 takes string data type for structured and unstructured address input. Can we use the TMF673 to search addresses with input Geocoding (Lat and Long) or the unique location id (if the customer knows it and doesn't want to enter the address)?

There is nothing in the specification that confirm or against structured and unstructured address only.

TMF673 or MEF79 both specifies srtuctured address and not unstructured adress.

structured adderess could be of three types - Fielded address / Formatted address / Geo Code address

Two of them have defined structure with streetname / streetno/ city / country/ pin (zip) etc and geo code allows you with latitide and longitude

I have not seen either of these standard specifying any unstructured string for address.

Thanks for the response. Just a follow-up question, for Geo-code. Can you advise on how to map them in the relevant resources ? We can't find any fields for lat and long.

Also, we can't see any field in the GeographicalAddress resource for unstructured addresses. Any suggestion ?
