Open APIs

We are trying to implement open apis such as tmf620, tmf633, tmf622 and tmf641.

For our case, we have some prepaid and postpaid plans. For one postpaid plan, let me call planA. Customers can change his prepaid plan to planA. They can change postpaid plan to planA as well. Prepaid to planA has different logic to change to postpaid to planA. We created offer, product spec for planA. For CFS, we have 2 choices. First one is to create 2 CFS and that one for prepaid to planA and another one for postpaid to planA. In that case we have different RFSs for the CFSs due to diffrrent logic. Another option is to create only one CFS. So the RFSs should have some logics to check the current plan that is prepaid or not. I prefer first option. But I need to have some advice.
