Open APIs

Dear Team,

I need to use characteristics object for few entities like Place, RelatedParty, BillingAccount etc. in TMF648 so can someone guide if I can use "charactestics" object with required name /value pair parameters for available entities in TMF648 to pass additional parameter to extend TMF.

Moreover there are certain quote request level parameters which i need to pass to it to respective BSS system but there is no provision to have characteristics object at order/request level else i have to add specific parameters to extend TMF. Can I add those parameters defining relatedEntity or under quote object as common characteristics values.

Please advise urgently.
